Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods (such as launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal service issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • High order volumes

Big Puppy is not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Big Puppy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@bigpuppy.com.au.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@bigpuppy.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
