Refund policy

We hope you adore your new Big Puppy purchase! However, if you change your mind, you are welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store credit.

We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty. If this occurs, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with an image of the fault and your order number at hello@bigpuppy.com.au for further review.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customised items.

Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

As we are a small business, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued a store credit.

Exchanges
For online exchanges, please email hello@bigpuppy.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once we have received your returned items, you will be issued a store credit for the value of the item(s), allowing you to purchase new products from our website.

For in-store exchanges, please bring your item(s) in their original unworn and unwashed condition and provide your order number to one of our team members.

Store Credit
Store credit is issued for the value of your original order (excluding shipping costs) and is valid for 12 months. You will receive a unique code via email in the form of a gift card, which can be entered at checkout.
